[CHECK] Get this checked. The wording below is a plain English draft written to sit in the design. Have it reviewed before the site goes live, and add your company number if Pocket Marketing is registered.

What you are buying

A monthly marketing service. What is in each package, and what is not, is listed on the pricing page. If it is not listed, assume it is not included and ask us.

Payment

Monthly in advance by standing order or direct debit, on the same date each month. [CHECK] Confirm whether prices include VAT and whether there is a setup fee in month one.

Ending it

No contract. Give us 30 days' notice in writing or by text and we stop at the end of that period. We do not charge an exit fee.

What you own

Your domain, your website, your Google and social accounts and your customer data are yours throughout and stay yours when you leave. We will hand over logins within 14 days of your last month.

Ad spend

Any advertising budget is paid by you directly to the platform. We manage it and take no percentage of it. You set the budget and can change it at any time.

What we cannot promise

We cannot guarantee a number of enquiries or a position on Google. We can promise the work gets done, and that the monthly report tells you honestly how it is going.

If something goes wrong

Ring us. Most things are sorted the same day. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous three months.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
