What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, phone number, email address and whatever you write in the message. That is all. We do not buy lists and we do not sell yours.

Why we collect it

So we can ring you back about your enquiry, and if you become a client, so we can look after your marketing and send you your monthly report.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as you are with us and for six years afterwards, because our accountant says so.

Who else sees it

The tools we use to run the business — email, our website host and our accounting software. They are bound by their own agreements and none of them get your details to use for their own marketing.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it or delete it and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it. Email hello@pocketmarketing.co.uk.

Complaints

If you think we have handled your information badly, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
