Email campaigns

The customers you
already have.

The cheapest work you will ever win is from someone who has already paid you once. We write the emails, send them and tell you what came back.

You need a list first. Under about 200 contacts this is not worth your money, and we will tell you so. If you have not got one yet, start collecting and come back.

Every plan includes

Written, sent and measured.

These four come as standard. The plans differ in how often we send and how clever the automation gets.

We write it, you approve it

Copy written for your customers, in your voice. You see it before it goes anywhere near your list.

Built in Mailchimp

Your account, your list. It stays with you and you can see everything we do in it.

So the list keeps growing instead of slowly going stale.

Reported in plain English

Who opened it, who clicked, and on the higher plans which enquiries came from it.

Three plans

Pick the one that fits.

Most people start on Standard. One email a month is easy to ignore, and the welcome automation does a lot of the work on its own.

You need a list of at least 200 contacts. Setup and list import is £150 on Starter and Standard, included on Serious. Thirty days notice, no long tie-in.

Why it matters

Why email still beats everything else you could spend it on

It is the least fashionable thing we sell and usually the one that pays back fastest. Here is why.

Small business owner reading email at a kitchen table

You already paid to get these people

Winning a brand new customer costs you money every single time, whether through ads, SEO or your own hours. Emailing someone who has already bought from you costs almost nothing.

You own the list, and that is the whole point

Your social following is rented. The platform decides who sees your posts and it changes its mind constantly. A list of email addresses is yours, and it works whatever the algorithm does this month.

A list of 300 old customers is worth more than 3,000 followers, and it costs nothing to send to.

The automatic ones earn while you sleep

A welcome email that goes out the moment somebody joins, a follow-up after a quote, a nudge to customers who have gone quiet. Written once, then running in the background for years.

How you got the list matters, legally

Under UK rules you can only email people who agreed to it, or who bought something similar from you and were given a chance to opt out. Bought lists are not allowed and we will not send to one.

Get it right and it is the one thing you own outright. No platform in the middle, no bidding for attention, just a message landing with people who already know you.
